The Eggs Benedict has come to Harley's.

(but only on the weekend)

Yep, the Benny is becoming very popular again here in Anchorage. Harley made them by the hundreds 35 years ago back in Oklahoma City at the old Skirvin Hotel (now the Skirvin-Hilton) and some say is haunted http://www.legendsofamerica.com/ok-skirvinhotel.html 
where the Benny was a hotel speciality. Now all you benedict addicts will have to come by on the weekend and enjoy Harley's version of an old favorite. Who knows, next it may be the Monte (another old favorite at the Skirvin).

For some of you who do not know what a Harley Cake is....  It's a special griddle cake that is FREE with each breakfast order on SUNDAYS only. It's a buttermilk pancake like none you've ever seen.... topped with pecans and toffee. Sound good? It's wonderful.
